TOMTEC supported a 2-day 3D/4D Echo training workshop "Advanced Echocardiography Course", at Al-Nas Academy in Cairo, Egypt, which was led by one of our Key Opinion Leaders
Dr. Hani Mahmoud-Elsayed who hosted a 3 hour hands-on session with AWS Cloud-hosted TOMTEC software.

Our TOMTEC trainer and speakers were virtually participating from other countries while all 16 workshop attendees were located in a meeting room within the hospital.
After a short glimpse into TOMTEC’s history by our local Sales Manager Hisham Safawi, our Clinical Application Specialist Schabnam Jamali took over and walked the users through TOMTEC-ARENA auto-measurement tools like AutoLV, AutoLA, AutoStrain LV/RV/LA and AutoSTRAIN as well as our 4D applications (4D LV, 4D RV, 4D MV and 4D CARDIO-VIEW), while attendees used their notebooks to follow the workflow and interact with the software through the Cloud.

Due to excellent customer feedback, this course was just the start of an entirely new series of education sessions: TOMTEC plans to offer 4 workshops per month for interested clinical professionals covering different topics like STRESS ECHO interpretation, Structural Heart disease, 3D/4D imaging and analysis, Pediatric Echo or Strain – watch out for TOMTEC ACADEMY and register early to secure your seat.
