As part of the Great Place to Work competition the Munich-based company, which specializes in software solutions for medical imaging and analysis, succeeds in reaching a leading position at the renowned industry sector competition

Munich, March 21st 2017 – After receiving a previous award for being one of Germany’s best employers, TOMTEC IMAGING SYSTEMS GMBH received the title “Best Employers in the ITK 2017” in their sector of business.

TOMTEC matched the previously 6th place ranking from 2015 in the category 101-500 employees. The award represents exceptional performance in the field of trustful work-relationships, appealing work-atmosphere and positive culture of collaboration within the company. This is the second award given to the company within the past few weeks through Great Place to Work, after TOMTEC had been listed as one of “Germany’s best Employers” earlier this month.

The rating is based on an elaborate, anonymously conducted survey amongst the employees at TOMTEC about work-related topics, such as: trust in the management, quality of collaboration, acknowledgement, identification with the company, job development, payment, healthcare and work-life-balance.

127 companies of all sizes participated in the latest Great Place to Work competition “Best Employer in the ITK”. The quality and appeal of their work culture was examined by the independent Great Place to Work Institute and rated by the employees of the respective companies.
