The ASE Foundation selected Akhil Narang, MD, from the University of Chicago, IL as the recipient for the 2017 TOMTEC Innovator Research Travel Grant.

Berhard Mumm, TOMTEC’s president presented Dr. Narang with this grant during ASE’s opening plenary session. Dr. Narang presented three abstracts during the conference. His work has been recognized with an oral abstract presentation, as well as two poster presentations.
