In March 2019, TOMTEC was once again recognized as a “Great Place to Work” by the International Research and Consulting Institute. Within the market segment Information, Technology and Communication (ITC) TOMTEC is one of the top 25 employers of companies with 101 to 500 employees. 

Being a Great Place to Work in the ITC market means a special commitment to building the workplace culture of a company. The result is evaluated using several tools, e.g. anonymous employee feedback and the analysis of HR measurements and programs.
