ESC Asia: Premiere in Singapore

Doing something for the first time is always exciting. So the anticipation of the TOMTEC team was high when it went off for the premiere of the ESC Asia Congress that took place from November 8-10 in Singapore. After three days full of interesting meetings and talks it was clear that this first time was very special and a great success in every respect.

600 delegates had been following the invitation of the Asian Pacific Society of Cardiology (APSC) and the Asian Federation of Cardiology (AFC) who supported this novel ESC event. The extraordinary assembly featured some of the key presentations from ESC Congress 2019 held just two months earlier in Paris. It highlighted essential best practices and other recommendations – and put them in an Asian Pacific clinical context.
TOMTEC participated the congress with a small but nice and colorful booth that attracted many professionals who wanted to learn more about software driven workflow improvement. Functions such as AutoSTRAIN that allows user independent analysis of the left ventricle or the option for 4D LV-ANALYSIS perfectly hit the nerve of the cardiologists. And of course, TOMTEC ZERO, the web-based solution that enables doctors to be more independent and flexible in their daily doing attracted a lot of attention.
