I bought the software and want to request the password. What do I have to do?
- Press the „Request“ button to require the password for using the desired software. The appearing password dialog displays the specific System ID already.
- Enter the password in case you already have it and confirm with „Ok“.
- In case you do not have a password press the „Request New Password“ button.
- At the following Password request form please enter your contact information and the Registration Number which is printed at your software CD-ROM. Press „OK“.
- Choose the storing location where you want to store the LRQ_2xxxxx_APPLICATION.txt registration file and press „Save“.
- In order to receive a password, send this LRQ file to TomTec via e-mail.
- TomTec will send you the same LRQ file, including a valid password.
- Store this file at your system.
- Now start Image-Arena and press the „Request“ button again.
- Press the „Import Registration File“ button to browse for the received registration file.
- Press „Open“ to close this dialog. The received Password will be shown inserted at the previous password dialog.
- Press „OK“ to finish the registration process. Now you will be informed about the successful registration of the application.
