How can I archive on CD/DVD?
Only finalized studies can be archived on CD. (see FAQ study states)
Image-Arena 2.9.1 (see manual Image-Arena 2.9.1 page 70 et seqq )
- For archiving click on “add studies to archive“ and the archival dialogue opens.
- Click on “Archive Studies“ and a Disk image is stored at the displayed path.
- After burning a CD/DVD with an extern burning program you click on “verify“ to check if
burning was successful. - In the patient list appears the CD number in the „Archive“ columne so you can see where the studies are stored. When reopen the study you have to insert the displayed CD.

- Next to the patient list you can find a little window how many CD/DVD (depends on settings in the Server Manager) are ready to archive
- Burn the CD/DVD from the folder „DiskImage“ (Default: C:\Image Arena 3\DiskImages) by using an external CD Burning programm.
- After successful burning click on „settings“ and „Media Archiving“ to verify the CD/DVD.
- In the patient list appears the CD number in the „Archive“ columne so you can see where the
studies are stored. When reopen the study you have to insert the displayed CD and click to „reload“
