An Error Message appears in Image-Arena 3.0 / 4.X: “No connection to server” appears. What can I do?

  1. Open windows services and check if the IMProof Service (IA30) is running. If not start the Service by clicking on it with the right mouse button and select “start”.
  2. Do a right mouse click to the Image-Arena icon in the task bar.
  3. Select Open Service 
  4. If the “Server Manager icon” is not visible you can open the Services with right mouse click on “my computer“, select “manage” then select “Services”.
  5. Scroll to ‘IM↑proof service (IA30)’ . The status must be “started”.
  6. Use a right click to the server and use ‘Restart’. The restart function takes up to five minutes. If there are pending tasks in the Dicom server it might be that a restart of complete system is required.
